Last Chance for Animals (LCA) is a registered non-profit organization, incorporated in 1984 and supported by almost 100,000 members across the United States. LCA uses a unique combination of investigation, education, and legislation to help improve conditions for animals. Inspired by many of the principals of Martin Luther King, Jr., Mahatma Gandhi, and others, LCA continues to carry on the tradition of powerful leadership. LCA was one of the first animal advocacy organization on the West Coast, and remains one of the most powerful voices animals have today. LCA’s accomplishments range from investigating, prosecuting, and jailing serial animal abusers, to appearances in major televisions shows.
