WHAT:
Press conference to announce the launch of the Last Chance For Animals
(LCA) "Animal News Van." The Animal News (ANV) Van is the only mobile educational vehicle of it's kind. The van will be dispatched on a tour of music festivals, concerts, schools and community events throughout the West Coast in August 2003.

WHY:
The Animal News Van was developed by the "FBI of Animal Rights," Last Chance for Animals, as a roving tool to educate about issues that range from pet theft to pound seizure legislation, how horses are tortured to make the #1 prescribed drug, Premarin for women in menopause, and beyond.
